Laurent House

The Laurent House is an interior that blends contemporary simplicity with subtle classical elegance. Travertine, used as the main material for the fireplace and kitchen island, creates a sense of cohesion and understated luxury, complemented by natural oak and a warm neutral palette. Deep burgundy accents and metallic details introduce contrast and complete the space with a refined sense of sophistication.

The living area is centered around a statement fireplace clad in travertine, extending into a horizontal line that forms the main architectural feature of the space. The combination of natural oak, decorative moldings, wall paneling, metallic accents, and an artistic feature panel creates depth and refinement, balancing modern simplicity with classic elegance.

The dining area is designed as an elegant focal point within the space, where the neutral palette is contrasted by the Fabiano chairs in a rich burgundy tone. Their sculptural silhouette and warm metallic legs add depth and sophistication, while the pendant lighting above the table defines the area and introduces a subtle glow.

The kitchen features a modern design with integrated appliances, smooth cabinetry, and recessed handles that enhance the clean aesthetic while providing a practical and comfortable grip. The travertine countertop is paired with a mirrored backsplash, while the island - complete with a built-in wine cooler and an induction cooktop with integrated extraction - forms the functional heart of the space: a place for cooking, gathering, and a seamless connection to the dining area.
